    I know this is way too late, but I am sure the new chat will fulfill your needs.

    Please note that we develop Wise Chat for free. Also – our support here is for free. I know the time you waited for the answer is way to long. I cannot deny it. All we can do is to apologize, but please also try to understand. Only a Pro product has a Pro support.

    Hi Marcin,

    Thank you for your message and the that fact that you wrote back, we respected that,

    We like the plugin, which is why we were asking a few simple questions toward consideration in buying the Pro Version.

    All we needed were some basic answers based on the free version so we could test the functionality and see if it fits what we wanted i.e. setting up separate chat rooms etc.

    The response took way to long and only then, you effectively told us to bugger off as if somehow, we had offended you?

    But since you wrote back, we’re prepared to move forward on this and review/implement the Wise Chat Plugin to see if fits our needs.

    Again, thank you for writing back, we hope to be in touch once we’re done testing.
