YEP – went deep with Gutenberg – this is the ONLY plugin i want more of

UPDATE: Jan.2023 (after going yet deeper into latest Gutenberg/FSEditing)
From my ‘best plugins searches’ there’s maybe a dozen “general/do-most) plugins in my view. They have pretty much nearly the same features. They do not all expose EVERYTHING that can be edited, and they all have their own way of laying out what’s editable on the right sidebar.

I’m saying (on Jan.05.2023) that GREENSHIFT (and it’s super-regular updates) has an editing consistency and allows editing of way more than the others. Checking other plugins is a bit of a surprise to realize what not possible to edit.

I worked with GreenShift’s: VideoBox and Sliding Panel/Popup Trigger yesterday. You know what I’m going to say!

Effectively, I’m certain GreenShift will just get better and better for me, and it’s already the best for me. The lesson I’ve almost learned, means, I’ll be going for some mastery of GreenShift rather than playing about with them all.

I’m gonna get a lifetime license for the all bundle for one site this month i hope. Best Lottie block around, like all the GreenShift blocks. Yep, it’s just that good. What’s editable, AND WORKS, is really thrilling. heh-heh WordPress Thrilling.
Didn’t think I’d even feel that!

The older “famous” plugs are catering to “classic” themes, Elementor etc., I believe, and they have massive “come buy me” bits. (JUST MY VIEW – best wishes to ’em all)
Total dead end Classic sites… which becomes obvious when one gets into and get excited with Gutenberg and FSEditing/Block themes. I use BLOCKPRESS theme.

I came back to WordPress at version 6.1 and have been doing easily more than 10 hours a day for a month now.

SHORT-VERSION: check out the templates (the ones that don’t use the Greenshift addons) ~> that are available through GREENSHIFT – AND~> check out the awesome Greenshift tutorial videos. AND USE the templates – they don’t create the usual doubts the other “OLD STYLE” plugins templates generally do.

THIS PLUGIN is pure amazingness – no bloat – updates all the time.

I am FOR SURE getting at least a license for the Animation Addon. It will be my FIRST purchase since over 10 years back when I got licenses for a ton of woocommerce plugs, many of which are now discontinued. GOING DEEP with GUTENBERG has totally renewed my interest.

GREENSHIFT IS MY ONLY ESSENTIAL LAYOUT/effects PLUGIN. THANK YOU AND BRAVO!!! I’m hoping to get the everything bundle when i’ve covered the basics more.

TIP (gutenberg general) that blew me way after discovery:

after making edits, open the code editor and that code can be hard-wired into the HTML templates, then you can delete the customizations of the template(s) or template part(s) that WERE saved to the database.

I’ve been doing 10 to 12 hours a day learning Gutenberg and BLOCKPRESS theme. Once a person ‘gets’ Gutenberg (i use the latest via plugin) wordpress becomes fresh again.

I’ve had to turn on debug (wp-config.php) several times and then turn off as many of the BIG (well known plugins) as they do tons of weirds. I’ve considered that they all, pretty much, have a whole lotta code to cater to “classic” themes that use the convoluted, “customizer” etc. etc.

I pretty much only use Greenshift for layout now. (and some others for unrelated tasks, obviously.)
