YES/ NO buttons time out

  • Hello, I installed the age-gate plugin and activated it on my client’s staging site. When you select either yes or no buttons on the front end, the cog just keeps spinning and doesn’t redirect you to the homepage.

    Also tried it on their live site. Same problem. Any suggestions?

    Hi @hayleyag,

    I can access the link there as it’s password protected.

    Where I’ve seen similar issues though is where AJAX is disabled on the front end. The first thing I’d try is in the Advanced settings of Age Gate is to switch the AJAX endpoint to REST API and see if that works for you.
