Yes of No? Do I need to delete Disabled Plugins?

    tl;dr:

    Do disabled plugins impact on hosting resources – do I need to delete them all or can I leave them?

    Long version:

    My host (actually hosting environment, as there are many restrictions) is GoDaddy and I encounter lack of resources issues.

    I have many disabled plugins – some I use occasionally and re-enable/disable.

    Can an expert please tell me: do I need to delete all inactive plugins – I currently have 19 active of 63, 44 disabled – or can I leave them installed but inactive?
