If you use it for more than 15 chats or emails. They start counting the emails as well. That part I don’t like. I would have liked to have had a bit of time to get more comfortable with it, but you pretty much get forced into paying for it within a month.

But once you get going it is only US$5 a month and you’ll find that it is very easy to install and you can use their chat box to help get it set up right. I contacted them several times during the setup process and they were VERY helpful every time.

The idea of a chat box is IMPORTANT. I think website visitors these days don’t like to navigate over to your contact page or contact form – they just want to grab that chat box – even if just for email. An essential part of a website these days. If you don’t have chat, you are missing some customers.
