This is a bit of a strange one. For some reason, yesterday and today’s stats have been merged into one:
    – Views: are a tally of yesterday and today but individual page views seem to be using today’s count and seemingly any pages that haven’t had a visit are showing as ‘1’ visit and the difference in view numbers attributed to the home page. Unless maybe there was a BOT that visited every public page on the site
    – Visitors: as far as I can tell it is showing today’s figures

As a result, there is a big disparity between views and visitors. ‘Today’s views is inflated and will likely be double the current highest daily view count.

Not a big deal but just thought I would raise it in case there is a bigger issue at play. Hope the above makes sense.

    Hi @salsaturation

Thanks for your patience, we have been working through a backlog of support requests.

Looking into this, it appears that on 5/12 your visitors visited an average of 2.63 pages per visitor. As you mention, this may mean that it was a bot or it could have been caused by coincidence. That said, overall, it appears your stats are pretty consistent.

We haven’t received other reports of issues on this day, so it seems particular to your site. However, if you continue to run into issues, let us know.
