yet another Header Error question

i keep getting these errors:

i checked and there are absolutely no whitespaces anywhere. the file is encoded in UTF-8. when i tried encoding it in ANSI the errors were replaced by a 403 (no authorization to view the file).

i’ve been all over www.ads-software.com and found no solution.
HELP!!!!
