Yet Another Related Post thumbnails are not proper

I am using Yet another Related Post Plugin for my website. I am using custom height and width to display related posts. But the problem is, it’s not showing proper thumbnails for some images, while WordPress Popular Post Plugin is showing the best crop images on website.

SO is there any way to use WPP plugin crop function or feature with YARP plugin? Or How I can crop these images without stretching these images? I don’t want them to look like dull or blur
