Yikes – why is this getting indexed?

Hi all –
I am using the Ultimate noindex, nofollow plugin. I have set it to noindex, nofollow many of my pages – ‘directions’, ‘about me’, etc. It is working for most.
But I have a page which has a PDF file for people to download and have it set the the same way (all the page numbers in the plugin settings).
It is URL….wp-content/uploads….pdf. the PDF is what is indexed and if you click on it you get the file. I don’t want this happening and I don’t even want this page indexed. Seems like it’s almost just the file that is somehow getting indexed. Any thoughts on how to stop it??
