• Hello.

I recently discovered that some pages on desktop that have yith ajax product filter is some parts visible, or not visible at all on the page?
I have two identical sites (well there are one plugin that differentiates the sites), that is:
    One test site: https://kumlins.mlwebbyra.se/
    and one Live site: https://kumlinsuspension.se/

Now on the test site page https://kumlins.mlwebbyra.se/crossdelar/ you can see all of the filter option on desktop to the left.
But on live site https://kumlinsuspension.se/crossdelar/ you can only see two?

I have not touched anything, only updated both sites. I have compared the sites to see if there is some categories that is missing on the live site, but the settings are exactly the same.
I tried to clear cache and watch the sites in incognito mode, but still the same issue.

There are more pages that are affected of this on the live site.

So this scenario the test site https://kumlins.mlwebbyra.se/service-kit/ is also missing the filter to the left.
Again, the categories are in the filter and everything looks fine.

    So what has happened here?
    What can be the issue?

Everything is up to date on both sites.

    Best regards

    Mattias

    Hello there,

the problem could be due to WooCommerce transient.

Please go to “WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools”?and click on following items:

    • WooCommerce transients
    • Product lookup tables
    • Term counts
    • Update database
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table
    • Clear Product Filter transients
    • Clear Product Filter sessions

Let us know if the problem persists.

    Hello.

I tried to clear the woocommerce transients you mentioned, and it did not solve the problem.

The only one i did not fint to clear was the Product Filter sessions.

Any other idea on what it can be?

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

Could you double check on your site if you have all fields added in the category section? Maybe you only have one filter enabled.

Please, try it and let me know.

    Have a good day.
