YITH Ajax Search

  • Hey guys I hope you can help please….

    I have Yith Ajax search installed on my Website, it is a fantastic search plugin…..But there is an issue and I wonder if you are able to help. I am taking it that it may be something small…..

    When i input a search term, like eg JBL (which is a Speaker) and push enter, it should call up the results page with results.

    Instead the results page is blank…

    In order for the field to do the search, I have to select the Category that the product is associated to for it to see the products in the search results…

    Do you or anyone have a clue of what I could do to get the search to work off the cuff? Where the user can type in a Search term, push enter, and the results show on the results page?

    This plugin is the Free version of the plugin and came with the Theme Porto…

    Hi there,
    please contact Porto theme developers, they probably managed the plugin because our free version doesn’t have a category selection
