Yith, DIVI & Elementor

  • `Hello,
    i have a problem with your plugin. Unfortunately, the wishlist icon is only displayed on the product page (but without a heart) and not on the shop page. I have also already inserted the code for the function.php and set the loop as described, unfortunately nothing happens.

    I use the Divi and Elementor theme as a pagebuilder.

    I activated Divi theme on my local installation, but I cannot replicate the issue
    Here a screen of the single product page and here a screen of the shop loop

    Could you please share a link to your site? I may at least be able to help you show icon on single product page

    Hello Antonio,

    The problem with me is that I use Divi with Elementor and because of this, I at least assume that for this reason the little hearts are not displayed to me on the shop page. On the single product page, the button is displayed to me, but not the heart, as it is displayed on you. I also use a catalog mode for some products, because these only serve as an article representation and are not available online.

    I’m afraid my previous test was peformed with Elementor active, and yet I couldn’t reproduce the issue
    Anyway, as I said, if you share with me a link to your site, I may be able to help with the icon problem ??

    Hello Antonio,
    I apologize for the late response, unfortunately I was sick. Unfortunately, I can’t give you a url because it’s in the coming soon mode and I don’t want to take it out. as soon as I activate the divi pagebuilder and deactivate elementor, I have the icons for the wish list directly on the shoppage, if elementor is activated they are gone again …
