• I paid for this plugin because I had the understanding that, once the pro version was installed, that I wouldn’t have to manually dole out commissions payments anymore for my website, which is located at premadecovers4u.com. Apparently this is not the case and I cannot find anything on how to fix it. The plugin is enabled, but all I get for options are for the payments to be manual or for the vendors to decide – which is kind of crazy.

    Today I went to manually make a payout and in the commissions dialogue, selected only the TOP commission as all the rest were marked as paid and had been handled days ago. Let me repeat: I only marked ONE of the items to pay out.

    The system took my lunch money. It not only paid out the one I told it to pay, but it paid the next one in line that was already paid and marked as paid.

    This is completely unacceptable. How do I fix this? Never use the system to send out the money and forget about the system handling things automatically for me ever again? Go back to Woovendors?

    This YITH plugin does very nice things to my shop layout, but if it can’t do these two things which are the entire point of me having it then I dunno what I can do.

    This is very strange because the commission system works fine and we haven’t any reporting about this issue.
    However, you have a premium version of multi vendor plugin and for this reason you have a dedicated support platform on yithemes.com.

    You simply go on our website and in My Account section you find the support platform.
    Please, open a ticket on yithemes.com, our support staff help you to find the problem.
    Unfortunally we can talk here about commercial products.

    Hi there. I am about to do just that.

    Your system will automatically pay out – eventually at the end of the day – but it still double pays if I mark anything as “complete”. Which is also unacceptable. If an item’s commission has been paid, then that should be at. I shouldn’t have to dance on eggshells in my own system. I have double checked a dozen times and cannot find why it double pays.
