• Firstly, I updated ALL plugins which unexpectedly broke my website. I have had a developer provided by my hosting team to join me in looking at the site and we were both unsure what the problem was, so we had to restore the entire website to an earlier date. After the restore, I noticed that all the plugins were out of date again, but this time I decided to update each plugin 1-by-1 and test after each. The plugin seems to be “Yith Order Tracking” that brakes the site when installing its latest/recent update.

To further test this, I installed the previous version of the “Yith Order Tracking” plugin on a different website, activated the plugin, and then attempt to update the plugin to the latest version. Which I had the same results. Website broke. The latest version causes major website problems. Please see link to screenshot:

This is the only screen both customers and admins/employees were able to see. And resulted in me having to restore the website twice. Now that I know what the problem is, if I disable the plugin via SFTP (FileZilla), the site works perfectly again.

After testing even further, the exact same happens with the “Yith WooCommerce Compare” new update. This also brakes the site. (Tested on 2 websites to clarify)

Can second this as well. Updated all plugins and broke the site. Removed them all and one by one reactivated and yith order tracking was the culprit.
