YITH Pre-Order Variant Loading Issue

  • The plugin had been working great until a few months ago it seemed to be causing issues with items with variants. When we went to click on the variants tab it would just spin around circles loading and not happen. When we deactivated the plugin it would work fine. However now we are getting to the busy season again we have tried to turn the plugin on again however it still causes the same issue loading the variant tabs in the back end

    Hi @tndbath, I have done some tests in my local environment and everything works fine. Could you try leaving a clean install with just WooCommerce, our pre-order plugin, and check if it works fine?

    I have turned some apps on and of in our dev website and come across it wont load when the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin is activate. Do the two apps no longer work with each other.

    Hi @tndbath, so if our plugin does not work, it is due to a compatibility/integration issue between the two plugins.
