YITH Product add on – order export issue

  • I recently migrated an e commerce site and had been using the plugin before and worked perfectly. When exporting orders using WP ALL export the names of the product addons (i had used this for product variations due to needing multiple) were appearing perfectly with the product/variation name. Now when i export using the exact same set up im getting the addons/variation names showing as “Ywapo-addon-11-2”. Any ideas on how to get it back appearing with the assigned label?

    Hi there,

    we recently has changed the method to rename the add-ons for better internal management of them, and this has been affected to the information exported.

    But, when importing them, if you import them correctly, it should be assigned in the correct way.

    Thank you for the reply. The new addons/variation names were assigned after the data was added. The issue wasnt with the import as they were set up post this. How do i get the new addons/variations to show on the export sheet?
