Yith Wishlist facebook share doesn’t post title page

    Hi I am using your Yith Wishlist. Everything is fine, but the Facebook share doesn’t work properly. Actually, the post that appears in Facebook shows “My account” page. The link then is fine, as if I click on it , it redirects me to the wishlist. The post however instead of getting the title I set (See my wishlist) and what is written on the page or in the Yoast title and summary, gives me the text of the My Account page.

    Any suggestion? Thanks

    However the site is planned to get teh wishlist only if you are logged in. So you should create a new account to try it. Otherwise I can give you an account, but in a private message

    I think this may be the problem
    Facebook scraper cannot retrieve correct informations about your wishlist page, as it gets redirected to your my-account page

    Do you use our premium feature “Disable wishlist fon unauthenticated users” to redirect not-logged in users to my account?

    In this case, we already implemented a little workaround that redirects users, but let Facebook scaper in ??
    I will release this feature in the next update, but if you wish, I can send it to you right now

    If you’re using our premium version, anyway, I’m afraid that you should open a ticket to our support desk, as this forum is only dedicated to free wishlist plugin ??

    Hi @yithemes, thanks for the answer. That’s exactly the settings, as I want the wishlist to be accessible only by logged in customers.

    Actually I am using a Premium version borrowed from a colleague, as I wanted to check how it worked. Then if everything is ok, I would subscribe for a Premium Version to Yithems, as the site is for a client.

    If you say that in the next update Yithems fixes this problem, then I would be glad to go on with your plugin.
