YITH Wishlist Free version not removing products from wishlist

  • When adding products to the Wishlist on a category page it works.
    When viewing the wishlist page and clicking the x icon to remove it, it reloads the page but product is still there.

    (I am logged in in that video, the admin bar on top is not in the video.)

    We use:
    > Theme Flone (v 3.3.9)
    > YITH Wishlist free version 3.11.0.
    > WooCommerce 6.7.0
    > WordPress 6.0.1
    > WooLentor 2.4.1
    > WooLentor Pro 2.0.0

    We do use caching plugins like Autoptimize, WP Rocket and Cloudflare. But [URL]/wishlist/?remove_from_wishlist=8907 is used but somehow it is not removed.

    We’ve checked your site but no items are added to the wishlist, so we can’t try removing items from the wishlist. If you have caching plugins, we recommend you to enable ajax loading from our plugin.

    Could you verify when trying to delete an item from the wishlist if you get an error in the browser console?

    Ajax loading is active. Doesn’t make a difference.

    Hello there,

    This is likely due to a conflict with a plugin or your theme. Try the following:

    – Change your theme to a default one such as 2022.
    – If the problem persists, try leaving only WooCommerce and our theme active. In this instance the problem is likely to go away. Go activating your plugins in batches until you see in which the failure occurs.
