Unfortunately I cannot provide support for commercial themes because I cannot test on my local installation.
Probably they customize the page and doesn’t use the default WooCommerce hooks and for this reason you cannot see the button.
Probably you can use the available shortcode and for example try to show the compare button in the description.

I suggest you to contact theme developers and ask their to add the compatibility with our plugin. Maybe they can provide a code snippet you can use for add the button via code or integrate our shortcode on their page.
