YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search

  • Hi, I’ve installed the free version for try your plugin YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search but the search for products is a little slow, it takes about 5 seconds. The articles are 6000.

    We have just changed hosting with a dedicated machine.

    You can check or give me some suggestions?

    Have you tried to activate the option
    **Enable transients to cache autocomplete results**
    in plugin settings?

    I’m sorry but the forum guidelines clearly state that is not possible give and/or ask for access credentials.

    Concerning your problem, please consider that the server speed and the number of products may affect the search speed of the plugin.

    We have plans to make a faster version of the plugin but, unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA for this.
