YITH WooCommerce Badge Management Greyed Out Photos

  • I have the free version of YITH WooCommerce Badge Management. It worked great, but caused a problem with product images across the whole site. On the product page, if you clicked on an image to enlarge, the page “greyed out” and didn’t open the image. It also didn’t allow you to scroll to the next product image.

    Can you suggest how this can be fixed? I’m in development mode, so the site is not live yet. Using WordPress 5.4 with Flatsome Child Theme and Elementor. Thanks.

    Hi again – as an update. It now is opening up the image, but it takes a few seconds. It still doesn’t allow you to scroll to the other photos. To see an image with the “Free Postage” badge (using the plug-in) – you can look under “Sale”. The bookmarks have multiple photos. Your response would be appreciated as this is the last issue we need to solve before go live. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    we are sorry about that but we think the problem are not related to our plugin. Look this product for example: Chat Noir Soap

    In this product you don’t use badge but you have the same issue, so it’s not a problem related to YITH plugin. Please, could you try to disable our plugin and test it again ?

    Thanks for your response, but I had already tested this before I posted this issue. I have checked again just to be sure. If I disable the plug-in, all photos across the site work perfectly. They enlarge and scroll properly. When I enable the plug-in again, the issue returns. It affects all product images, not just products that have the Free Postage badge. Can you help?

    Hi – the plugin is enabled already. You can see the “Free Postage” badge it has created under some listings on the SALE page.

    Hi,
    we’ve just tried to check for the issue in your site, but when we click on the product link, for example Lemons Linen Tea Towel, to open the product page we’re automatically redirected to the shop page.
    So we cannot see the product page.
    Please could you check for this?
