Compare function working only if signed in

  • Hello,

    please let me know what could be the reason the compare button/functionality working only if visitor signed in, if not signed in compare button isn’t feed compare page and compare page empty,,

    can you explain what caused with compare plugin?

    After deep testing I see that have cache issue and once login to the account cache purge so compare working.

    please let me know if compare page requires special cache settings ?

    Why I have to work without cache to get real data in compare page?

    try to add compare page in the exclusion list of the cache plugin. This solve your issue.
