YITH WOOCOMMERCE PRODUCT ADD-ONS – Completed order does not show base price

Base pricing is $720, so therefore that should be DISPLAYED somewhere on the Email from Woocommerce AND the Invoice, but it DOES NOT.

It shows the Base Pricing in the Cart & Checkout page, but when it goes after placing Order, it doesn’t show it anywhere and this is completely confusing for the customer as they can’t remember WHAT the base pricing was, and if they just ADD up the Options it doesn’t add up to the TOTAL.

Therefore this MUST be shown in the ORDER COMPLETED sent to customer AND the Invoice.

When I used another Product Add On Plugin previously, this had NO issues showing, so it just seems to be a little issue with your plugin OR a setting that I am NOT aware of.

Site is going live tomorrow so I need to find an urgent resolution for this.

The final product amount include add-on prices but each price is detailed for each item in the order. I verified it on my installation, it works.

Yes the final product amount is correct with the add Ons included are issues.
I am referring to the Base Price NOT showing on the Confirmed orders.

SO when you get the email order confirmation the BASE pricing is NOT shown on the Order, every other breakdown is shown on the Order confirmation BUT NOT the Original Product pricing that is displayed on the website …

This needs to be shown as well.

Base pricing for PLanter boxes is $190 .. Not showing . Just shows the Add On and Total.

So you see here above it is NOT showing the BASE PRicing , therefore Customer gets CONFUSED as it shows all the pricing for the Adds Ons and the correct total, BUT with the MISSING Original Product Pricing.

So HOW can we have the Base Price showing also as that is the price of the actual Product, Then ADD Ons, then Total.

I have used other Add Ons before, and they always display the Base Price, then the Add Ons separately.
The other plugin I used before yours showed this correctly also.

SO there must be a setting to be changed somewhere ?

Are you saying that your version when you TEST your Orders, that it is 100% showing the Base Pricing then plus the Add Ons, so you can add up every Add on for that Item and the Base price to get the total ? And all is showing on your version ?
