    Hello,

    I start to use your filter on my eshop https://www.whizbe.sk. Now there is a free version and I am thinking about going premium. But I am not sure if it could work 100% properly. I have a problem with filtering in product category page: https://www.whizbe.sk/product-category/chrumkave-larvicky/ . So if you try to filter by “hmotnost” it does not filtering. If you choose 20g or 80g it is always showing all products. But on the main product grid it is working properly, There is problem just on product category page. Could you please tell me, where could be the problem?

    for the category page are you using a custom page created with some shortcode?

    Hi there,
    the problem may be how the shortcode is loading the template. usually the plugin shows exactly the selected categories and subcategories, so it is a problem related to the theme template. What theme are you using?

    Why you are using a builder? Need a customization? When possible it’s better to use the standard template.

    I found out that problem is that my product archive grid is made through Woolentor.

    Is there possibility to fix that shortcode?

    Hi there,

    the problem is that this shortcode don’t use the standard main query so the plugin don’t understand that a filer is already enabled.

    To doing that you need to customize the plugin, probably you should try to ask for a developer here: job.wordpress.net
