Yoaat SEO Meta Description Problem

    Hi everyone, I just wanna ask about the problem of one of our pages that was published on the 9th of December with this meta decription, “Agence SEO leader à Nancy. Growth Hackers propose des services de référencement de pointe à Nancy pour augmenter votre trafic organique.”However, when you search it on google it will have an ENGLISH meta decription: Growth Hackers is a digital marketing & growth hacking agency helping SMBs & startups grow with digital marketing services, lead generation …

    What was the problem causing this one? I am using Yoast SEO by the way.

    Thank you for using Yoast SEO and for reaching out!

    I checked the page you linked and I can see the meta description that you are referring too and which you configured in Yoast SEO.

    I did check the Google index for the page and can confirm seeing an English description. Upon checking the page source, I can also see that there is a second meta description meta tag on line 7:

    <meta name="description" content="Business Growth" />

    Please check if this is coming from your theme/another plugin. Having 2 meta descriptions on a page is not recommended, and Google has created it’s own meta decription most likely cause it only read the first one and didn’t see it as a good fit.
