Yoast 1.5.2.1 will not install FATAL ERROR

Tried installing Yoast SEO plugin today; here’s what I get:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /var/www/html/www.bestpalosverdeshomes.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/wpseo-non-ajax-functions.php on line 44
a)i don’t know how to get to line 44
b)i wouldn’t know what to do even if i could get to line 44
