Yoast 7.0 change permalinks

    Hi,

    When I upgraded to Yoast 7.0 the permalinks were changed from postname to something else which made the whole website tricky to access.

    Problem solved when deactivating the plugin and change the permalinks.

    Yoast released an updated update 7.0.1, and the details say that was to fix an issue where some old settings were not carried through to the new version. Is it possible that some of the affected settings related to permalinks?

    Have you tried 7.0.1 yet or has this issue rather ‘burned your fingers’ with regards to Yoast SEO?

    This was 7.0.1.
    I will give Yost another try when 7.1 or something like that is released.

    Yoast SEO v7.0.2 is on our schedule and will be released soon. Once the v7.0.2 is released, please check whether this resolves the issue.
