Yoast and Woocommerce

  • Hi,

    (I know there is a woocommerce yoast plugin but I am using bog standard yoast)

    When using yoast with woocommerce it asks for the keyword to appear in the first paragraph and it uses the main description box to actually asses that.

    But actually the first paragraph is the ‘short description’ but yoast cant asses that.So it appears as red when placed in the short description box.

    Can anybody tell me if it is correct to accept that the first paragraph of the page is the short description. or should I go what yoast tells me and use it in the main description.

    I dont want to get penalised for keyword stuffing so I dont want to duplicate what I do in both descriptions.
