Hello, I am working in a woocommerce website and I am doing my best studing Yoast SEO Documentation. I have a lot of issues and I am triying to solve them one by one.I made two websites (Press) using Yoast SEO before and it was easy, both of them are well indexed, but I never made a woocommerce site.

First: I worked pretty hard in putting the most of my pages seo indicators in green, I still working in other less important pages “Terms of Use, Contact, About Us, Privacy Policy…”.

Second: I have seen many videos about plugin configurations but are old videos, now plugin settings changed (evolved), many things dissaperared, other news apperared, other mutated in something else. things are little different now and really don’t know if I have to index: posts, categories, tags, authors, products, product_categories, product_tags, archives… There are no videos for optimal configuration on woocommerce.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

As each site is different there will not be a single optimal configuration. Instead, Yoast provides choices in how you want to optimize a site. If you are not sure if you need to noindex a page, we can so if those are pages you DO NOT want to appear in Google to noindex them. This guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-do-i-noindex-urls/.

We also have some guides on how to set-up an ecommerce site that may provide some things to consider when setting it up: https://yoast.com/cat/ecommerce/
