Yoast Breadcrumb issue

    I’m trying to use Yoast breadcrumbs. I have shopping page with 8 short codes from Shop Page WP. I get the expected breadcrumb at the top of the page but then under the page title, there are eight more.
    I have a screen shot if you wish but will leave it this way for today but then disable breadcrumbs until I hear from you.
