Yoast breadcrumbs not used

    I have Yoast breadcrumbs enabled, but not used.

    I think that the function responsive_get_breadcrumb_lists() in function-extensions.php is either not detecting the setting correctly or not giving them the correct priority.

    Also, this function doesn’t apply filters to the output, which would have been more flexible.
