I noticed that Yoast adds extra columns in admin tables such as for Posts and Events of The Events Calendar and Modern Events. The columns become so narrow that things such as Post Titles or Event Names become stacked one letter on top of the other vertically.

I used the troubleshooter and this is definitely the issue with Yoast on my site. I hope I can get some help here as I couldn’t find the issue resolution on the developer website.

@fzlatan We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site.

We understand that you are having issues with column spacing in the overview page. This issue occurs because there is too much information being displayed on this screen. To resolve this, please go to the “Screen Options” tab in the upper right corner of the screen and select which columns you want to display, and which ones you would like to remove, until the columns are displayed correctly.

Thank you very much @devnihil. This definitely, works, Is there a way to disable Yoast for certain plugins, for example, I use LearnDash and don’t need to utilize Yoast when creating courses since lessons are not accessible to crawlers.

    Hey @fzlatan,

    Thank you for your reply.

You can disable the Yoast SEO metabox from appearing for lessons by going to Yoast SEO → Search Appearance → Content Types (tab). You can disable it by setting “Show SEO settings for X? to “No”.
