Yoast causes breadcrumb error on google structured data tool

it happens while using genesis framework haven;t checked other themes, Yoast SEO shows the breadcrumb correctly via json code, but incorrectly in the actual breadcrumb html statement and it causes a breadcrumb schema statement duplicate with the html version causing the issue
