Yoast suddenly started causing issues. A new post gives a 504 error. Moving from page 1 to page 2 of posts in the admin causes the same error.

I go t an email from WordPress that it’s an issue with yoast.

When i deactivate the plugin everything works smoothly.

    What can be the problem?

    Thanks

I was unable to reproduce the described behavior in my local test environment.
Please provide the answers to the following:

    • Have you performed a conflict check? If not, please do so. Did you discover a conflict?
    • Does the issue occur when using a default theme with only Yoast SEO active?
    • Do you have any must-use or drop-in plugins? These plugins cannot be disabled from the WordPress admin area.
    • Is the issue specific to a certain part of your site, like posts, products, categories, etc?
    • Does the issue happen for specific content types, like new, existing, imported content?
    • Does the issue happen for a new post/page with no content?
    • Does the issue occur with 6.1 or the newer version of WordPress?
    • Does the issue occur with a newer version of Yoast SEO?
    • Are you using a supported browser? If so, which browser and version are you using? What browsers and versions does Yoast support?
    • Does it work when using another browser and/or private/incognito mode?
    • Have you cleared your browser cache, cookies, and/or restarted your browser? It sounds intimidating but we’ve got some guides here to walk you through it.

I look forward to hearing from you.
