    Hello,

I have posted twice a question on your website:

    https://blazzdev.com/documentation/rate-my-post-documentation/

    But no reply…

You might want to check them as you might be losing sales

    So, my 2 questions are:

    1. Is your plugin compatible with Yoast and Elementor?

    2. I have lots of how-to tutorial made with Yoast. So, need to know as well if you are going to add support for snippet review for how-to article any time soon?

If yes, definitely buying the Pro version.

If not, could you let me know why and if there is an alternative?

    Thanks and best regards,

    Marco

By alternative, I meant using your plugin and other compatible solution to have review rich snippet for how-to article.

    2 more questions:

    3. Also, I have tested your basic snippet (product snippet for example) and so on google structure I have 2 snippet (Yoast and yours).

Video to show you the result on google structure:

So, my question is it compatible?
Won’t it confuse google and hurt my ranking to have Yoast and Your snippet to have reviews start showing on google search?

    4. Is your plugin compatible with woocommerce product page?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Marco

    Hi Marco,

    Sorry for my late reply.

    1. The plugin is compatible with Yoast. I haven’t tested it with Elementor but I know that some people use it. There is also a section about adding rating widget to Elementor template in the documentation under troubleshooting.

    2. How-to-schema is unfortunately put on hold for now. I haven’t tested integrations with other plugins for this schema type.

    3. I don’t see any problem using article schema with product schema at the same time, assuming that the page is about a product.

    4. The plugin works with WooCommerce. WooCommerce products are custom post types in WordPress terms and the plugin is fully compatible with custom post types.

    Blaz

    Hello,

Thanks for your reply and enlightenment.

About HowTo I think I got a bit confuse here.

Yoast already provide schema for HowTo.

So, the question here is if reviews added to the HowTo article will be linked to it?

After test, I am seeing that if I don’t choose a schema from your list: https://nimb.ws/8t4inw the rating doesn’t show on google rich snippet even though I already have schema on my page.

    So, my question are :

    1. Does your rating will work with the HowTo schema already in place?

    2. Is there a way to have your rating showing with other schemas than the one we select on your list with the PRO version?

I have many pages which are article and product at the same time (affiliation website) so for me it’s interested to have both (schema article and product at the same time).

Also, I need to have different rating widgets with different title (for product, article, etc).

So, for all that reasons I am really considering buying the PRO version.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards,

    Marco

    Hi Marco,

    1. That would of course require an integration. Rate my Post allows you to easily retrieve data such as vote count and average rating (see the documentation), which you can then integrate into schema that is already in place. However, this of course also depends on the plugin outputting the existing schema.
    2. Here is more information about the PRO version:
    https://blazzdev.com/rate-my-post-pro-custom-rating-widgets/
    https://blazzdev.com/rate-my-post-pro-advanced-schema-selector/

In the PRO version each rating widget is customizable (includes schema and texts).

    Blaz
