    Hey,

So I have a long-standing site and I just updated WordPress to v5.3

I also then updated Yoast and a few other plugins.

However, I have noticed since the update that Yoast is continuously loading and prevents WPBakery from loading. If I disable Yoast it works fine.

I reverted right back to Yoast v11.8 but still the same problem. I’m thinking it’s conflicting with WordPress core update maybe.

Console is showing the following errors:

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
react.min.js:11 Uncaught TypeError: d is not a function
        at Q (react.min.js:11)

        at react-dom.min.js:163
        at kh (react-dom.min.js:119)

Any ideas on how to debug this?

    Many thanks

I’ve got something similar. When updated to the latest version it is conflicting somehow. WPBakkery can’t be load in combination with Yoast SEO. If i disable Yoast SEO everything is working fine. When enabling Yoast SEO the WPbakkery but also Yoast itself aren’t loading due to the following conflict:

react-dom.min.js:104 TypeError: Object(...) is not a function
        at ce (components.min.js:21)
        at fe (components.min.js:21)

        at eg (react-dom.min.js:125)
        at fg (react-dom.min.js:126)
        at wc (react-dom.min.js:138)
        at fa (react-dom.min.js:137)
        at gg (react-dom.min.js:135)
        at Ca (react-dom.min.js:133)
        at og (react-dom.min.js:150)

    WordPress: Version 5.3
    Yoast SEO: Version 12.5.1

Did the same as @xgstq. After updating i’ve got this conflict.

    Hi,

I’ve got the problem that, with Yoast activated, WPbakery doesn’t show anymore and the Snippet Preview is empty. Pleas fix this beacause now everytime I need to edit a page, I need to disable Yoast first.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for creating a new topic.

We are having a hard time reproducing this issue on our end.

    • Can you please make sure you’re running the latest version of the plugins WPBakery Page Builder v6.0.5 and Yoast SEO v12.6 as well as WordPress v5.3?
    • If you’re already up-to-date, please check if the problem is the same when all non-Yoast plugins are deactivated (except WPBakery Page Builder) and your theme is on Twenty Nineteen? As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I checked the current versions I use:
    WPBakery: 6.0.5
    Yoast SEO Premium: Versie: 9.2.1
    Wordpress V5.3

There is no way for me to update Yoast to v12.6 though?

With the theme Twenty Nineteen and every other plugin disabled the problem still persists.

    Kind regards,

I’ve just updated to the latest version as well. When i wrote the message it was already updated to the latest version at that time.

So currently using the versions you mentioned and also shut-off all other plugins with still having this issue…

Interestingly I just went into Yoast > General > Features

    Disabled

    SEO analysis
    Readability analysis

Refreshed and WPBackery started to work again.

    I then activated

    SEO analysis
    Readability analysis

and seems to be still working…

Had the same issue with me also. Anyone have any other solutions, tried @xgstq ‘s but not working for me

    @xgstq

We are glad the issue is resolved.

    @mohammedramees @jaimyborgman @jaimyborgman @leone076

Please perform a conflict check as described here https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/. If the issue still happens with Yoast SEO v12.6.2 and the newest WPBakery as the only plugins active on a standard theme like 2015 then it is likely an issue.

We’re actively using the issue tracking on our GitHub repository so your best next step would be to create a new issue for our developers at https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/new. You will need an account to create a new issue. If this is your first issue report, please check out: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/.

    Hello
I do have the same problem with
    Yoast Version 14.1
    BPBakery Version 6.1
    Wordpress 5.0.9

If i deactivate Yaost, WPBakery works fine
I tried to deactivate only SEO analysis and Readability analysis but it did not solve the problem.
I wanted to finish my website by using Yoast SEO, for my company, and get the premium version, but if it creates a conflict with WPBakery… :-/

Do you have some input that might help?
    Thanks

If you purcahsed it with a theme, it needs to be updated via your theme provider

I am having the same issue since Yoast SEO 14.8.

    Yoast SEO 14.8.1
    Yoast SEO Multilingual 1.2.2
    WPBakery Page Builder 6.3.0
    WordPress 5.5
