Yoast cron maxxing out the server

    We have had a number of performance issues with our website, most of which are resolved. However Yoast is performing cron jobs at 7am every morning (GMT) that are overloading the server.

    How do I find out what these are and stop them? Is is to do with legacy material (images are one thing we’ve cleaned up)?

    We are running Woocommerce and Avada which already puts a big load on but these incidents are almost always while there is no site traffic..
