    Hi,

I updated to Yoast version 12.8 yesterday. It looks like all my Yoast data for WooCommerce Products is gone, at least not displaying on the backend product pages. Still showing on regular pages though and also on posts.

Any ideas what might be going on here and how I can fix it? Do I need to roll back to the previous Yoast Version? How can I do that safely?

    Thanks.

  • Yoast is not broken, they just jumped ahead a little too fast.

Yoast access to custom pages/posts, including WooCommerce products now need to be turned on – details in link provided.

I’m sure they will release an update to avoid the turning on of access, but I don’t see an issue if you do it manually now.

    This has a work around
SEO -> Search Appearance and set all metabox toggles on Content Types and Taxonomies for your custom pages and WooCommerce Products to “Show”.

I reverted back to previous version to do that – but I don’t know if that is a necessary step – try making the change above in 12.8

All your previously stored data will be there.
