    Hello @udibenzvi,

    Thanks for reaching out!

We understand that you are getting a 502 – Bad Gateway Error on your site, https://shanijacobi.co.il/. A 502 Bad Gateway Error means that the web server you’ve connected to is acting as a proxy for relaying information from another server, but it has gotten a bad response from that other server.

Usually, a 502 Bad Gateway is related to the server and not the Yoast SEO plugin especially. You may want to reach out to your web hosting provider about this.

    Thanks for that
we did contact our serving host provider and they find out its the Yoast plugin that do it… and again, if we shut it down the page just load properly…

    @udibenzvi,

Can you also confirm that your website meets the plugin requirements?

    Yes

Not using flatsome, but we were having problems after the upgrade too and had to downgrade to 14.9.

We kept on getting out of memory errors on every page visit, even public pages when logged out. It was maxing out at 5GB of memory before crashing and the server is reasonably specced out, so it isn’t likely to be any sort of plugin requirement issues.

Downgrading to 14.9 fixed it and we will be holding off on upgrading for a bit.

    Just FYI.

    Hi @kcrnc ,

Hi @kcrnc , how do i find that version or older?

    Hi
Can somebody give me the specific steps to downgrade from the current version down one version? We have some bugs with the latest version and are not sure how to properly down to the prior version which worked perfectly.

here https://yoast.com/help/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/#ftp its not saying nothing about downgrade…

    any help?

@udibenzvi You can append the version to the official wordpress download link. So, instead of ‘wordpress-seo.15.0.zip’, change it to ‘wordpress-seo.14.9.zip’

@jerparx , I only posted to give you guys some additional feedback, as it seems like a lot of people have been having problems with the 15.0 update. I don’t need any specific troubleshooting help, as downgrading worked for now and we can wait a bit while you iron out some of the bugs. Thanks for the reply though and if it is helpful for your team, feel free to reach out privately and I can offer you some debug details.

    Hi @udibenzvi,

In order to downgrade, you can download any previous release on the Advanced View page (at the bottom) of our plugin here on www.ads-software.com. You can then upload the plugin by going to Plugins → Add New and upload the older plugin version. Since WordPress 5.5, it would show a confirmation screen that shows both the installed version and the uploaded one and you’d need to confirm that you want to install the older version.

Apart from that, we’d encourage you to do a conflict check to see what the culprit is of this conflict. With that information, the Flatsome team can investigate this more closely.

As we don’t have access to Flatsome or the builder plugin that comes with it, it might be related to some integration code that is no longer fully compatible with our plugin. In order to fix that, the Flatsome developers need to be aware so they can fix that on their end.

    Hope that explains.
