Yoast generates wrong link in Sitemap 404

Hello,
i get an 404 in one part of my sitemap, because the link which yoast generates is wrong.
https://software-search.com/directory_dir_ltg-sitemap.xmlMaybe it has something to do with a redirection from xxx.com/directory* to xxx.com/software*
How can i fix this?
