Yoast index field conflict

This is the same problem affecting many plugins that use the select2.js library. The fix I posted in the following thread will fix it for you until Tribe fixes the actual problem. Just add the fix in your functions.php

I believe this is a known issue that we just released an update for. Can you update your plugins (preferrably on a staging site) and see if that resolves the issue.

Yes, that does appear to resolve the issue.. Thank you.

…but now the main events page (/events) doesn’t load. Individual events (/event/title-of-event) work fine. I reset the permalinks and that did not fix it.

To clarify /events goes to 404.

So sorry to hear that. It sounds like 2nd issue for the 404 bug. Can you open an additional thread for that?
