    Hello I use Divi,

I have this problem on all my (4) sites and they are on 2 different hosting servers so it can’t be a server problem. This is the answer I got from Divi, it includes all relevant info so I just copy it here:

All right thanks, I can login and I can see the issue now. However I can’t figure out why it’s not working..
Yoast is failing to add the og:image tag therefore you see a slide of images when sharing. This happens when you disable your plugins and switch to the default theme.. So it’s either a bug in Yoast or your server is not allowing the og:image tag to be added for some reason.
Since this is out of my scope here I would suggest you post the issue in the Yoast SEO support forum instead.. Problem here is your og image tag is missing (https://prntscr.com/jsknn9) even when you choose a featured image or add the image in social tab of Yoast.
I’ve done some search but I couldn’t find the cause for this problem, and since it’s not a function of Divi, and not having good knowledge on how Yoast is working I suggest you check with them about this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Is this issue occurring just for your homepage?

Are you using your latest posts as your homepage? Or is it a static page?

If it’s the former, you can try to set the og:image tag by going to your admin dashboard > SEO (sidebar) > Social > Facebook Tab, and setting an image for the frontpage settings.

If it’s the latter, and is a static page, you can go edit that specific page, and set an og:image tag in the Social tab of the Yoast SEO meta box.

I have the same on all posts – Facebook states: The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.

Even adding the image in Yoast share settings – to the Facebook part doesn’t fix

FB debugger and object debugger do not clear the issue – when sharing only title and excerpt show – no featured image shows

I did all that, I added the image in yoast. It’s a static page for homepage.
It can’t see the og:image tag in the Social tab of the Yoast SEO meta box – for any of the pages. Yoast is failing to add the og:image tag as you can see on attached print screen.
For the homepage I have to add this code if I want fb to show another image than those on page: <meta property=”og:image” content=”https….jpg” />
    – but then this image shows for all the pages of course

For all other pages (except homepage) the featured image can be pulled at least.

This is happening on multiple sites, (2 different servers/hosts). They all have different plugins so even they can’t cause it.

This is really frustrating, and I can’t seem to find a solution.
