    Hi there,

I discovered in my Google Search Console lots of fake URLs tagged as “crawled but not indexed”. They are URLs like mysite.com/free-vectors/pumpking-pie, which doesn’t exist on my website, and that redirects to one of my images of pumpkin pie. In other cases, those fake URLs redirect to the real posts.

After debugging the issue and deactivating Yoast SEO, that behavior stopped, and those fake pages threw an error. So, it’s clear Yoast is creating these redirects.

I checked all parameters in Yoast, and I have deactivated the media pages are deactivated, so supposedly images must redirect to the post, not to another image. But how the hell a fake URL is redirecting to a post or a image?

Please, help me asap. I’m sure this is harming the SEO of my website.

    Thanks ahead!
