    Hello All
    Since you latest updates of Yoast plugin I have been having issues. My meta descriptions have not been updating or not showing up with google search. The descriptions are showing in your bulk edits page though. Also, I cannot see your tab for titles and meta descriptions when in the individual pages, could you explain the best way to fix it?

    Im pretty new to all this.

    Ive got a site. And I’m trying to edit my metas.

    I used the plugin and made some nice google descriptions. Though when I search my sight on google I still have the old metas.
    How does it change/ update?

    Metas, tags, url, etc does not change instantly on google. You will have to wait till google bot crawls your site. You can know when was last time if you open and account in Search Console from google. You can speed things up by giving them your sitemap (in Search Console one of the options is to do so) and many more things. Please take a look at search console and you will find it really usefull. Just so you know depending on how often the robot crawls your website, it could take over a month, as it does not crawl all the pages in your site in one go. It have to be coming to your site over and over till it indexes all your pages, and when it finishes… it does it again and again trying to find changes.
