On our wordpress page in post editing and faq editing certain features including readability are not showing up for 3 users (both on chrome and safari, post clearing cache). We have checked all the potential plugin issues, javascript error, etc and what’s weird is that the full set of features is showing up on both safari and chrome of two different users. We’re at a loss it what could be the issue.

    Hi @irkals

Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of exactly what it is you are seeing that is wrong with the Yoast SEO meta box when editing a post or page?

You can use a website such as snipboard.io or something similar to take a screenshot, upload it on that site, and share a link here.

But if the issue is that it is a blank or partially loaded Yoast SEO meta box, a?blank meta box?issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict. So?we’d like you to please perform a conflict check. This will help us narrow down the exact cause and determine what the next steps are while saving you time.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.
