First, please create backup and then try to uninstall, delete and reinstall and reactivate Yoast SEO.

Does your site meet all the plugin requirements?

Uninstall and reinstall:

Can you kindly uninstall Yoast SEO and then install and activate Yoast SEO 23.7? Then check if the Deprecated notice appears.
