• Hi,

If I edit my page in wordpress CMS I see that my SEO analysis keeps showing red and my Yoast readability keeps loading.
But if I go to my page overview where you can find all your pages within wordpress the colors are different.
I already try to deactivate all plugins and change to a default wordpress theme but that didn’t help.
It all started when we moved the website from one hosting to another.

    Can you please help me?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @ssmet,

I’m sorry the readability analysis is not showing correctly in the Yoast SEO meta box thereby, you are unable to optimize your content properly.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.

Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

If you feel uncomfortable doing this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.

    Hi Maybellyne,

As already said, I already deactivated all the plugins and change my theme to a default wordpress theme. This didn’t change anything.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you mean that the readability analysis is still unavailable when you deactivated all installed plugins except the Yoast SEO plugin and switched to a default WordPress theme?

Also, while on the page, please check if there are Javascript errors on your browser’s console. You may follow the steps here:?https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/

    Hello @ssmet,

For quite sometime I have been facing the exact same issue. Are you using Google Chrome to log into the dashboard?

I just logged into the dashboard using safari & saw everything is working fine with the Yoast plugin.

I cleared the Google Chrome browser cache & everything works just fine now.

    Hi,

Yes I’m using Google Chrome, but I just tried it with firefox and safari and still having the same issue.

Hi there ssmet, I’m having the same problem, regardless of which Browser I log in with ??

Were you able to resolve the problem, and if so, how? I’d really appreciate advice in case you got any – thank you!

I was having the same problem. I resolved it be deactivating Contact Form 7. When reactivating Contact Form 7, the problem returns.
