Yoast Responsive Pro Theme Home Page Meta Description.

I’m running Responsive Pro theme for my website.

How do I set the Meta Description for my default home page via Yoast? This page is configured via a custom options interface I guess so there’s no options as appear on normal pages from Yoast.
