Yoast SEO 3.6.1 menu items in Admin gone only on new site

    new site just installed 3.6.1 the only items in the Y SEO admin area drop down menu are “Dashboard” “Search Console” “Go Premium” but in my other sites i’ve updated to 3.6.1 i still see the usual Y SEO menu with “Titles & Metas” “Social” “XML Sitemaps”… is this a bug in Yoast or SiteOrigin? or do we have to go premium for the full menu?
