Have gone through all of the settings in the plugin to try to find where this is being done. In the titles and metas menu, the homepage tab is the only one that doesn’t have a checkbox to force noindex, follow. The template itself already has index, follow but yoast seo adds in noindex, follow further down in source.

How can I turn this off?

    Thx.

Update: Just realized that all pages are noindex, follow. This is version 2.3.4 of Yoast SEO

Solved. Looks like it was something to do with the supercached files. Not sure why, but deleted and regenerated them and they were no longer noindex.
